- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management (Interior/Construction industry)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Interior Design/Architecture/Civil Engineering or related field)
Job Responsibilities
- Leading and managing multiple interior design & fit-out projects.
- Coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors.
- Handling project schedules, budgets, and timelines efficiently.
- Preparing BOQs, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Managing procurement and logistics for materials.
- Delivering projects within deadlines while exceeding client expectations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture/Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior/construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of design detailing, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- Good command over English and Hindi (both written & spoken).
- Must have a bike for travel and site visits.
Required Skills
- Project Management – Strong leadership & organizational skills.
- Software Knowledge—AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, SketchUp, etc.
- Communication – Ability to handle clients and vendors effectively.
- Team Management – Leading contractors, designers, and workers on-site.
- Problem-Solving – Quick decision-making for on-site challenges.
Salary
- Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
