- Position: Production Manager
- Location: Bara Bazar, Kolkata, West Bengal
- Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
- Salary Range: ₹13,358.90 – ₹60,056.00 per month
- Industry: Garments / Textile Manufacturing / Supply Chain
- Key System Used: BlueKaktus ERP
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating garment production from order receipt to final shipment.
- Managing and updating production schedules and capacity planning using BlueKaktus ERP.
- Liaising with merchandising, sourcing, quality, and production teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitoring fabric approvals, trims, and samples to meet standards.
- Tracking order status and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Generating and analyzing ERP reports to identify bottlenecks.
- Acting as the central point of contact between vendors, factories, and internal departments.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Prior experience in supply chain management / garment production.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with BlueKaktus ERP is preferred.
- Education: Graduate/Diploma in Textile, Production, Supply Chain, or related field.
Required Skills
- Strong supply chain & production planning expertise.
- Good communication & coordination abilities.
- Analytical skills for monitoring ERP reports.
- Ability to manage vendors, factory staff, and internal teams.
Salary
- Pay Scale: ₹13,358.90 – ₹60,056.00 per month (experience-based).
