Job Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Scheduling – Designing production plans to meet deadlines and customer demand.
- Team Management – Supervising, training, and motivating the workforce to ensure smooth factory operations.
- Process Optimization – Identifying bottlenecks, reducing wastage, and implementing strategies for higher efficiency.
- Quality Control – Ensuring all products meet company standards and industry compliance requirements.
- Resource & Inventory Management—Efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials, and equipment.
- Health & Safety Compliance – Maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing safety protocols.
- Troubleshooting Issues – Handling production-related challenges, equipment breakdowns, and labor management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in a production management role.
- Age Limit: 35–45 years.
- Core Requirement: Strong expertise in labor control is essential.
- Education: Graduate/Diploma in a relevant field (Engineering/Production/Industrial preferred).
- Work Type: On-site, Belgharia (In-person presence required).
