Job Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of 25–30 outbound sales agents.
- Driving sales productivity, revenue generation, and AHT maintenance.
- Monitoring KPIs such as Quality, Sales, Call Productivity, Shrinkage, Attrition, SLA adherence.
- Preparing MIS reports, performance tracking, and data analysis using Advanced Excel.
- Handling dialer management, call flow optimization, and performance improvement strategies.
- Ensuring quality, compliance, and service excellence across the team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates applying for this position must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance or engineering roles is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance systems.
- Ability to manage reports, budgets, and equipment maintenance planning.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site at Agarpara, Kolkata.
Required Skills
- Previous BPO experience is mandatory (Outbound Sales preferred)
- Proven team management and leadership skills
- Strong analytical ability with expertise in Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of dialer management and sales operations
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure targets & KPIs
Salary
- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
