Job Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on time.
- Monitoring system performance and conducting regular checks.
- Providing user support and guiding staff with IT-related queries.
- Managing IT infrastructure and ensuring system uptime.
- Coordinating with vendors for technical services and product purchases.
- Implementing and maintaining data security protocols.
- Ensuring timely data backup and recovery procedures.
- Documenting IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
- Assisting in IT-related projects and smooth execution of tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass (mandatory)
- 10th Pass candidates may also apply (12th pass preferred).

Required Skills
