Job Overview
- Research and identify prospective clients using online platforms, social media, directories, and databases.
- Create and manage a pipeline of leads using CRM software.
- Conduct outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with prospects.
- Schedule appointments or demos for the Business Development team with qualified leads.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain consistent communication.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation activities and conversion metrics.
- Stay updated on company services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve lead quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating garment production from order receipt to final shipment.
- Managing and updating production schedules and capacity planning using BlueKaktus ERP.
- Liaising with merchandising, sourcing, quality, and production teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitoring fabric approvals, trims, and samples to meet standards.
- Tracking order status and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Generating and analyzing ERP reports to identify bottlenecks.
- Acting as the central point of contact between vendors, factories, and internal departments.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Open to all graduates and freshers with strong communication skills.
- Experience:
- Freshers can apply.
- 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
- Languages: Good command of English (written & verbal) is mandatory.
- Location: Candidates must be willing to work in Kolkata (in person).
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research and analysis ability.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Zoho, HubSpot, or others.
- Knowledge of lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo (preferred).
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Salary
- Salary Range: ₹21,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
