- Salary: ₹2.1 LPA – ₹11.2 LPA (₹219,204 – ₹1,124,385 annually)
Job Responsibilities
- Regular Inspection & Maintenance: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults, mechanical breakdowns, and failures; perform repairs or replacements as needed.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop and implement PM schedules to minimize downtime and increase efficiency.
- Coordination with Teams: Work with production and other departments to plan maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain logs of maintenance work, spare parts used, and system performance reports.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work meets industry safety and regulatory standards.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate recurring issues, propose, and implement long-term reliability solutions.
- Installation Support: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines or system upgrades.
- Inventory Control: Manage spare parts stock and ensure critical tools are always available.
- Process Improvements: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance is preferred (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
- Strong skills in mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance processes.
- Knowledge of HVAC, compressors, conveyors, and heavy machinery.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
