Job Responsibilities
- Plant Equipment Maintenance: Regular servicing and upkeep of production equipment.
- Electrical Systems: Maintenance of motors, control panels, VFD, PLC, and HVAC systems.
- Breakdown Handling: Identifying and fixing breakdowns promptly to reduce downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Scheduling and completing preventive maintenance tasks on time.
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Applying technical knowledge for system upkeep and repair.
- Monitoring Factory Operations: Overseeing overall maintenance activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all machines and operations follow standard safety protocols.
- Technical Analysis: Diagnosing faults, conducting inspections, and applying long-term solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)—Required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in plant or factory maintenance.
- Strong expertise in PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical machine maintenance.
- Ability to analyze issues quickly and implement practical solutions.
- Good knowledge of safety standards in industrial operations.
