Job Responsibilities
- Developing and Implementing Strategies: Create preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans to reduce downtime.
- Routine Maintenance Checks: Inspect equipment, track performance, and identify issues before breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose machinery problems, replace faulty parts, and ensure timely repair.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled servicing to avoid operational interruptions.
- Improvements: Suggest and implement solutions to enhance reliability and performance.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with production teams and facility managers to reduce disruption.
- Documentation: Maintain repair logs, maintenance schedules, and performance reports.
- Inventory Management: Order and track spare parts, maintain stock levels.
- Budget Control: Ensure maintenance activities stay within budget.
- Facility Management: Handle tenant bills (electricity, water, CAM charges), manage AMC schedules, and prepare energy consumption reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Team Management: Monitor duties of shift engineers and ensure completion of assigned work orders.
- Government Coordination: Maintain liaison with government departments for compliance and approvals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Facilities preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of maintenance engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance strategies.
- Familiarity with industrial machinery, facility management, and AMC schedules.
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage maintenance budgets.
