Job Responsibilities
- Installation & Configuration: Setting up printers, configuring networks, and installing software drivers.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnosing and fixing issues with hardware, software, and networking.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conducting regular servicing to avoid sudden breakdowns.
- Customer Support: Providing on-site and remote support for users to resolve technical issues.
- Documentation: Keeping records of repairs, service requests, and maintenance history.
- Inventory Management: Ordering and tracking printer parts, toners, and supplies.
- Collaboration: Working with technical teams to handle complex service cases.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in a relevant technical field (mandatory).
- Valid Driving Licence for field visits.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in printer servicing or IT hardware support.
- Good knowledge of computer networking and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
