- Position: Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)

- Shift: Rotational Shifts (24x7)
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (CTC, fixed salary)
Job Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries over voice calls.
- Assisting with product, order, and service-related issues.
- Providing accurate and professional information to customers.
- Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience at all times.
- Managing both voice and chat support when required.
- Following company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
- Languages: Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Hindi.
- Typing Speed: At least 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Shift Flexibility: Comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts and two rotational week-offs.
- Freshers Welcome:No prior experience required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain patience and professionalism while handling calls.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and typing efficiency.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Salary
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (CTC).
- No Incentives:Salary is fixed and credited from Day 1.
- Work Hours: 10.3 hours/day (including a 45-minute break), actually working 9.45 hours/day.
