Job Overview
- Position: Interior Project Manager

- Job Type: Full-time, In-person
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (plus performance & yearly bonuses)
Job Responsibilities
- Leading and managing multiple interior design and fit-out projects.
- Coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Preparing project documentation—BOQs, schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensuring budget control, timely delivery, and quality standards.
- Conducting regular site visits and resolving technical issues.
- Managing procurement, logistics, and vendor negotiations.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety rules, and contracts.
- Overseeing projects from concept to completion, exceeding client expectations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management (interior design/construction industry).
Required Skills
- Project management & leadership skills
- Strong communication in English & Hindi
- Technical knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, SketchUp
- Budgeting, scheduling & design detailing expertise
- Other Requirements:
- Must have a bike for travel
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Salary
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
