- Position: Jr. Industrial Engineer (Garments)

- Job Type: Permanent | Full-time
- Experience Required: 5–8 years in garment/industrial engineering
- Salary (CTC): ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Benefits: Provident Fund (PF)
Job Responsibilities
- Productivity Analysis – Evaluating labor productivity in sewing lines and estimating line capacity for new garment styles.
- CMT Estimation – Providing cost and productivity estimates to the merchandising department.
- Data Analysis – Monitoring KPI trends, setting benchmarks, and ensuring factory efficiency.
- Style Simplification & Method Improvement—Optimizing garment methods to reduce labor cost and Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM).
- Operation Bulletin Preparation – Preparing style layouts, line plans, and thread consumption charts.
- Manpower Planning – Rationalizing workforce requirements to maintain target ratios.
- Cross-Department Coordination – Collaborating with planning, merchandising, and factory management teams.
- Cut & Finishing Plan – Coordinating with factory managers for timely delivery priorities.
- Factory Audits—Ensuring adherence to operation methods and line layouts.
- Employee Incentives – Monitoring production incentives and approving payout reports.
- Research & Development—Exploring new machinery, lean systems, and ROI-based investments.
- Lean Manufacturing—Implementing lean tools and improving overall operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Industrial Professional Skill Certification / Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred in the Apparel Industry).
- Experience: 5–8 years in garment manufacturing/industrial engineering.
