For that we are recruiting initially people as a Corporate Management Trainee/Business Associate.
As a management trainee, one gets exposed to a generic 5 level training module which has been successfully implemented globally.

LEVEL 3:-DEVELOPMENT INTO TEAM LEADER
LEVEL 4:-DEVELOPMENT INTO AN ASST. MANAGER
LEVEL 5:-DEVELOPMENT INTO A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
