Job description
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and concerns and redirect problems to appropriate resources.
Eligibility Criteria -
- PUC (12th)/Diploma/Undergraduates/BE /B tech and Graduates from any stream are eligible to apply.
- Freshers & candidates with prior relevant (BPO) and non-relevant (other domain) experience are eligible to apply.
- Master Graduates should have at least 1 year experience in BPO sector.
- Shift - Rotational Shift (2 ways Cab will be provided within 25km radius from Bellandur Ecosapce)
Days Working - 5 Days working, 2 Days rotational off
Location - Bellandur Ecosapce, Bangalore
Required Skills: -
- Basic working knowledge on computer
- Effective written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good information processing skills
- Typing Speed of 30 WPM
- Flexibility to work in 24*7 shift
- Immediate joining required
