Job description
Dear Candidate,
We are hiring for Desktop Support Engineer/ Location-Mangalore.
Key Responsibilities of the Position
1.- On-site comprehensive maintenance services including repair / replacement of faulty / defective parts in respect of all IT assets.(desktop , laptop, printer)
2.-.Desktop and Laptop repair specialist
3.- L1 Support on Operating System(OS) e.g. WinXP,Win7 etc.
4.- L1Support standard licensed software/s provided by the customer such as viz. MSOffice etc.
5.- L2 support on licensed Anti-virus (CD/DVD supplied by the customer)
6.- L2Support on configuration of printers at HO / RO
7.- Knowledge of MS-Excel , Word , PowerPoint and outlook
8.- Knowledge of Desktop RAM , SMPS, Motherboard , HDD ,TFT, laptop parts Replacement .
9.- Knowledge of printer troubleshooting.
10. Data Handling and Data Analysis and Data presentation
Qualification: Graduate/ Diploma
Experience:1 to 3years
Salary: 16-18k CTC
