Job description
Talent Acquisition & Engagement:
- Handling End to end recruitment process for all levels of employees
- Responsible for complete joining and orientation formalities of new employee
- Recruiting candidates through Job portals
- Salary offer preparation & negotiation with the selected candidates
- Maintaining personal records of employees in
- Document Management System.
- Coordination with placement agencies & other vendors
- Maintaining recruitment tracker in internal recruitment management portal.
- Drive ISO / Internal Audits and Audit preparations for selected HR processes.
- Help in organization of employee engagement activities
HR Systems, Automation & Analytics:
- Assist in executing, stabilizing & monitoring HR Automation & Analytics projects
- Assist in defining metrics for HR Analytics using existing tools
