Job Description
- Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
- Identify and manage new accounts and retain existing accounts to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
- Good presentation skills in order to provide better understanding to customer on the products capabilities and its cost-effectiveness (part of training to understand the company s products)
- Conduct canvassing and cold-calls to increase effective working prospects
- Responsible in setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection prior to installation at Customers premises.
- Knowledge of commercial aspects like payments, C-forms and taxes.
- Update the CRM on daily basis.
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering, preferably Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics.
- Post graduation degree in Management will be plus point.
- Minimum 2-3 year working experience in related industry
- Experience in frontline sales of automobile workshops
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills
- Self-motivated and hardworking. Result driven with constant desire to earn high income
- Ability to understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English language and the local language.
Education
UG :
- Any Graduate in Any Specialization
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering, preferably Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics.
