Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Large scale Automobile Plant - Passenger Car Production "Material Requirement Planning, Controlling & Premium Parts Expediting" from both local & overseas.
- Stock Management at the Production line
- Material Shortage Management
- Warehouse Management
- Keeping stock & Inventory Management
- Knowledge & Should operate SAP material management software
- Automobile parts functioning skill (Components Function)
- Perpetual inventory - Plan to conduct physical stock verification & Reconciliation
- Analysis the continuous difference parts & take necessary counter measure to control the stock in-accuracy
- BOM Vs Physical usage monitoring on regular basis & recorded
- Overseas Parts usage being verified based on station wise
- Mismatch details being informed to related teams for BOM or physical usage correction
- Planning & Scheduling skill (Material planning etc..)
- Material Check Plan analysis
- Production Plan clearance
- Material Follow up with overseas vendors (Air & Sea)
- Air Freight Monitoring
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should be preferably from "Automobile Material Management Background"
- Shall be deployed in all 3 shifts in rotation basis & sometimes General shift as well
- Full-Time B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech-related graduates are not qualified for the post (Please refrain from this job post)
- If candidates does not have an aforesaid field of job exposure, Please do not apply for the job. Since we are looking for Subject Matter Expertise in the mentioned field with Diploma qualification only (2 to 7 Years of experience)
