JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Ensure product quality at all stage of manufacturing and ensure that it meets the specified standards and customer requirements.2. Main responsibility is to maintaining the quality of receiving , in process and final product quality, ensuring the sampling system as per the sampling plan.3. Responsible for sample identification and leveling should proper and keep the different samples at desired place, proper collection of samples of all the received / in process/ final product and testing the same as per the procedure and timely generation of test reports.
4. Responsible for witnessing sampling and testing of all the received/in process/ final product as per plan and SOPs and ensure that quality as per the test reports are delivered at our end, for monitoring the laboratory operation for timely generation of analysis results.5. Responsible for informing the deviations to CCR executives for taking corrective action immediately and bring the deviations under control,hour to hour variations in the quality of all the received/ in process/ final product, if any to be brought to notice of the concerned in-charges
6. Responsible for generation of shift analysis report, for XRF machine operation and the deviation occurred/ found while performing the tests & for coordinating with the material handling supervisor for material handling activities in the shift.
