🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- First Class Engineering Graduate or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institution
- OR Diploma in Computer Science
- Desirable: Postgraduate degree in IT / Computer / IT-related fields or higher qualifications relevant to the role
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Banking IT-related areas
- At least 5 years experience at the senior management level
- Experience in IT policy & planning, financial networks, cyber security, payment technologies, financial information systems, etc.
Age Limit (as on 31-07-2025)
- Minimum Age: 60 Years
- Maximum Age: 70 Years
💰 Salary / Remuneration
- Retired Chief Manager: ₹60,000 per month (lump sum)
- Retired Assistant General Manager: ₹75,000 per month (lump sum)
📝 Selection Process
- Screening of applications based on eligibility and experience
- Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates
- Final selection based on qualification, experience and interview performance

📌 General Instructions
- Appointment is purely on contract basis for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years
- Contract can be terminated by the Bank with one month’s notice or compensation
- No entitlement to PF, Pension, Gratuity or other superannuation benefits
- Govt./PSU candidates must produce NOC at interview
