🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel
- Minimum 10 years practice in Criminal Law
- Handled at least 30 criminal trials in Sessions Courts
- Strong leadership, communication and drafting skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems (desirable)
Deputy Legal Aid Defense Counsel
- Minimum 7 years practice in Criminal Law
- Handled at least 20 criminal trials in Sessions Courts
- Excellent legal research and communication skills
- Proficiency in IT and computer applications
Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel
- 0 to 3 years practice in Criminal Law
- Good drafting, research and communication skills
- Basic IT and computer knowledge
