🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Must possess a valid Indian GMDSS GOC Certificate.
- Relevant radio officer experience as per the marine/port environment.
- Indian nationality.
🧠 Required Skills
- Proficient in marine radio communications and GMDSS operations.
- Ability to handle data entry duties when assigned.
- Good operational discipline in marine or port settings.
- Strong documentation and radio log skillset.
🛠️ Job Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain radio & GMDSS communication equipment at the station.
- Perform data entry duties as assigned (with additional remuneration).
- Ensure free mess & board arrangements (as applicable) during station stay.
- Wear uniform as per norms and follow marine/port safety guidelines.
📌 Selection Process
- Written test / Proficiency test and/or Personal Interview (as decided by SMP Kolkata).
- Document verification.
- Medical fitness test.
