💼 Job Overview – Telesales Executive
- 🧑💻 Job Role: Telesales Executive
- 📍 Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal
- 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month + Incentives
- 📑 Job Type: Full-Time
- 🕒 Shift Options: Morning Shift (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM Mon–Fri / 5:30 AM – 11:30 AM Sat), Night Shift for experienced candidates
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Energy, Insurance, and Telecom processes (Australia market).
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch services.
- Build rapport with clients and maintain professional communication.
- Meet daily/weekly sales and lead generation targets.
- Update call records and customer details in the system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and persuasive communication.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the BPO industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Willingness to work in fixed shifts (morning or night).
- Ability to handle sales pressure and achieve targets.
🛠 Required Skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Prior BPO / telesales experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
💰 Salary & Growth
