📌 Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via calls, chat, or email.
- Troubleshoot software issues, SQL queries, and Linux systems.
- Document and track customer interactions in the support system.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve recurring issues.
- Educate customers on product usage and best practices.
- Ensure high-level customer satisfaction through professional communication.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, B.Tech/B.E, or M.Tech/M.E.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong understanding of SQL and Linux.
- Basic knowledge of IT processes and customer support.
🛠 Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL queries & Linux environments.
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal).
- Ability to handle pressure & customer escalations.
- Knowledge of remote assistance tools (preferred).
💰 Salary & Growth
