📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and map upcoming ELV projects across sectors, including government, commercial, industrial, and real estate.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, PMCs, architects, and end clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Deliver technical presentations, design workshops, and product demonstrations to position company solutions in project specifications/BOQs.
  • Collaborate with presales and engineering teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals and value-engineered solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and new project announcements to support strategic decisions.
  • Convert opportunities into orders, achieve revenue targets, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

🎓 Eligibility & Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or equivalent.
  • 6–10 years of experience in technical sales of ELV systems, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, BMS, PA/BGM, Access Control, and Networking.
  • Strong network with consultants, PMCs, architects, and key accounts.
  • Ability to influence project specifications and create early demand for solutions.

  • Proven expertise in technical sales and ELV solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving and solution-driven approach with the ability to close deals independently.
  • Experience preparing techno-commercial proposals and collaborating with presales/engineering teams.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
