📌 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map upcoming ELV projects across sectors, including government, commercial, industrial, and real estate.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, PMCs, architects, and end clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Deliver technical presentations, design workshops, and product demonstrations to position company solutions in project specifications/BOQs.
- Collaborate with presales and engineering teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals and value-engineered solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and new project announcements to support strategic decisions.
- Convert opportunities into orders, achieve revenue targets, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or equivalent.
- 6–10 years of experience in technical sales of ELV systems, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, BMS, PA/BGM, Access Control, and Networking.
- Strong network with consultants, PMCs, architects, and key accounts.
- Ability to influence project specifications and create early demand for solutions.
