💼 Job Overview
- 🧑💻 Job Role: Regional Sales Engineer
- 📍 Location: Kolkata (covering Eastern Region: Asansol, Durgapur, Siliguri, Hooghly, Jamshedpur, Guwahati, Chhattisgarh & nearby cities)
- 📑 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- 💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (CTC up to ₹3.6 LPA)

- ⏱ Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Sales & Marketing (preferably in relevant industries)
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Promote DKP’s products aggressively in the Eastern India region by conducting regular customer visits, calls, and meetings to create awareness and generate demand.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by developing a strong customer base and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct detailed technical and commercial discussions with customers to offer the most suitable solutions based on their needs and applications.
- Handle order finalization, negotiation, and closing of deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with the back-office and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and maintain proper follow-ups to avoid delays.
- Submit accurate and regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) in the company’s standard format.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt support and effective communication.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development roles, preferably in industries such as Automobile, Robotics, Aerospace, Tyre, or Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Must own a two-wheeler (preferred) for travel across the assigned region.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals independently.
- Strong understanding of product management and order management systems.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and suggest the right technical solutions.
- Good presentation skills to conduct client meetings and product demonstrations effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to travel frequently across the Eastern region.
💰 Salary & Benefits
