- 👨💼 Position: Sr. Sales Representative (Customer Care Executive – Warranty Renewal)

- 📍 Location: Salt Lake Sector V (College More), Kolkata, West Bengal
- 📑 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- 🕑 Shift: Fixed UK Shift (2:30 pm – 11:30 pm) with home drop facility
- 💰 Salary Range: ₹12,180 – ₹20,713 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential or existing customers
- Initiate conversations and explain warranty renewal offers
- Verify customer details and maintain accurate records
- Generate customer interest and qualify leads based on given criteria
- Transfer qualified leads to the sales/closing team
- Maintain product knowledge on home appliances and warranty options
- Provide a professional and courteous experience on every call
🎯 Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal communication in English (mandatory)
- Active listening and customer handling skills
- Confidence in working in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in BPO outbound process, warranty sales, or cold calling preferred
- Basic knowledge of home appliances and warranty lifecycles is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call logging will be helpful
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 6 months years in tele calling, outbound sales, or international voice process
- Prior warranty renewal or BPO sales experience is an added advantage
- Language: English (Required)
💰 Salary & Perks
Fixed Pay: ₹12,180 – ₹20,713 per month
