📌 Job Responsibilities
- Engage in Bengali and English conversations to test and train AI chatbot responses.
- Create realistic, high-quality prompts and dialogues for AI training datasets.
- Compare and evaluate outputs from multiple AI models for quality and bias.
- Research, fact-check, and ensure accuracy of model responses.
- Write original, diverse content to improve chatbot capabilities across contexts.
🎓 Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Fluency in Bengali and English (native or bilingual level) — strong writing & grammar required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to write natural, varied dialogues.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently.
🛠 Preferred / Useful Skills
- Experience creating content for chatbots, conversational UX, or datasets.
- Familiarity with evaluation metrics for NLP or prior annotation experience.
- Good research skills and ability to verify factual claims quickly.
💰 Compensation
Pay starts from ₹1,749.80 per hour (approx. $20 USD/hour). Exact pay may vary by project and complexity.
