- Position: Sales Executive / Business Development Counselor
- Company: PlanetSpark
- Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Work from Office)
- Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹45,000 per month
- Job Type: Full-time (5 working days/week)
- Weekly Off: Wednesday & Thursday
- Eligibility: Graduates & Postgraduates (2023, 2024, 2025 pass-outs)
Job Responsibilities
- Engaging with 65–70 high-intent leads daily via calls, networking, and social media.
- Scheduling and conducting personalized video counseling sessions with parents/adult learners.
- Managing the entire sales lifecycle—from lead engagement to enrollment.
- Pitching trial/demo classes, handling objections, and closing enrollments.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly sales and revenue targets.
- Addressing client concerns to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with learners and parents.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Graduates & Postgraduates eligible).
- Year of Passing: 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-outs.
- Work Mode: Must be willing to work from the office in Gurgaon (relocation may be required).
- Work Schedule: 5 working days (availability on Saturday & Sunday is mandatory).
- Strong interest in sales, client engagement, and the EdTech industry.
