Job Responsibilities
- Generating GST invoices and e-waybills.
- Performing bank reconciliations and managing petty cash.
- Handling interest calculations and maintaining records.
- Preparing MIS reports and filing documents.
- Entering purchase and service bills into the system.
- Performing journal entries, bill tagging, and ledger reconciliation.
- Managing branch accounting and reconciliations.
- Coordinating day-to-day banking activities, including collections and charge verification.
- Supporting senior accountants with financial audits and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
- Experience: Freshers can apply; preference is given to candidates with exposure to accounting in:
- Manufacturing firms (min turnover ₹5 crore)
- Trading companies (min. turnover ₹10 crore)
- Service industry (min. turnover ₹15 crore)
- Import/export companies (min. turnover ₹1 crore)
- Work Type: Full-time, Permanent role.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software.
- Good understanding of journal entries, bill entries, and reconciliations.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports accurately.
- Familiarity with GST billing, invoice generation, and e-waybills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of branch accounting and ledger reconciliation.
Salary
- Pay Scale: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (based on performance and skills).
