Job Responsibilities
- Performing installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of company equipment at client sites.
- Providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction post-service.
- Identifying potential business opportunities during client visits and generating sales leads.
- Preparing service reports and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
- Coordinating with the sales and operations teams for lead follow-ups.
- Educating customers about new products, upgrades, or additional services.
- Traveling locally/regionally to attend client service requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or related field).
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a field service or maintenance role.
- Requirement: Male candidates only.
- Location Flexibility: Must be willing to travel to client sites across Kolkata and nearby regions.
