Job Responsibilities
- Performing daily machine inspections (lubrication, fluid checks, scrap removal, etc.)
- Loading and verifying CNC programs through DNC, USB, or other interfaces
- Setting up CNC machines, tool setups, chuck jaw boring, collet changes, and bar feeders
- Running cycle start/stop procedures with efficiency
- Changing tool inserts at required intervals
- Handling material loading/unloading and equipment teardown
- Performing edge-breaking and de-burring operations
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and production prints
- Performing quality checks with calipers, micrometers, and precision tools
- Coordinating with programmers for testing CNC programs
- Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and orderliness in the workplace
- Troubleshooting and solving production-related issues
- Preparing production documentation and maintaining accurate records
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass/High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
- Technical Qualification: Mechanical/CNC-related coursework (preferred)
- Experience: 1–2 years of manufacturing or CNC operating experience
- Age Limit: As per company norms
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines and VMC operations
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, engineering drawings, and measuring instruments
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of tool setup, calibration, and inspection probes
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team
Salary
- Pay Scale: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
