- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (plus incentives & bonuses)
- Job Type: Permanent | Full-time | Freshers/Experienced both can apply
- Shift: Morning/Day shift (Fixed shift)
Job Responsibilities
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s business growth. Your daily tasks will include:
- Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services.
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending the best solutions.
- Following up on leads and maintaining a strong client database.
- Working towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Building rapport with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams for better strategies.
- Keeping management updated with market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Experience: Freshers can apply, but prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales is an added advantage.
- Age Limit: 18–35 years (relaxation for experienced candidates).
- Languages: Hindi and Bengali (required for communication with clients).
- Other Requirements: Willingness to commute/relocate to Esplanade, Kolkata.
Required Skills
- Strong telemarketing and sales ability.
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Confidence to convince customers and close deals.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, data entry).
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary
- Base Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: Incentives + Bonuses (performance-based)
- Annual Package: ₹1.50 LPA – ₹2.50 LPA
