- Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director
Job Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in HVAC & consumer durables.
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and clients.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support, product knowledge, and selection guidance.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver impactful technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Proposal Preparation: Create technical & commercial quotations tailored to customer requirements.
- After-Sales Service: Support clients with troubleshooting, product usage, and maintenance advice.
- Team Collaboration: Work with engineering & project teams for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (mandatory). Graduation in Science may be considered.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Sales / Technical Support in HVAC, Consumer Durables, or a related field.
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems & consumer durable products
- Proven sales & business development ability
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Problem-solving & customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel for client visits
Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Skills: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, B2B Sales.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems or well-known consumer durable brands
- Familiarity with CRM tools & sales software
- Knowledge of energy-efficient and eco-friendly solutions
Salary
- Pay: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
