- Experience Requirement: 1+ year in Operations Management
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting accurate gold valuation and assessment
- Verifying documents for authenticity and completeness
- Communicating with customers via phone calls to update them on transaction status
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and databases for all transactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Diploma qualification (Graduate candidates may also apply)
- 1 year of prior experience in Operations Management (mandatory)
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata (Park Street area)
- Age: As per company norms
Required Skills
- Strong Operations Management skills (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Required)
- Good Customer Service handling ability (Required)
- Knowledge of Sales support (Preferred)
