- Salary Package: ₹500,000–₹800,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Shifts: 8-hour shifts (11 AM – 8 PM / 2 PM – 11:30 PM)
- Mode: In-person (candidates must relocate before joining)
Job Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Solutions Analyst, you will work with clients to design and implement ERP solutions that address manufacturing business challenges. Your role will span across multiple phases of ERP implementation and consulting.
Key responsibilities include:
- ERP Consulting: Analyze business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, and design ERP-based solutions.
- Implementation Support: Work with systems like Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Dynamics AX, Odoo, Infor, and similar ERP platforms.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with C-level executives and project teams to deliver customized ERP solutions.
- Business Analysis: Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Solution Delivery: Work across phases including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to enhance collective learning.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies, integrations, and consulting practices.
- Representation: Participate in events, user groups, and community organizations to represent Paapri’s expertise in ERP and manufacturing technology.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Preferred: Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering graduates.
- Experience Required:
- At least 3 years of experience in ERP systems within the manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Oracle, NetSuite, Syspro, Plex, Acumatica, Epicor, or similar.
- Other Requirements:
- Junior to mid-level management experience in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Technology.
- Must be willing to commute/relocate to Salt Lake or Kolkata before joining.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics AX, Epicor, Odoo, etc.)
- Business analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate complex business processes into ERP solutions
- Strong communication skills for engaging clients at all levels
- Proficiency in consulting practices and solution delivery lifecycle
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage client interactions independently
- Willingness to learn continuously and work on diverse ERP platforms

- Annual Salary: ₹500,000 – ₹800,000 (based on experience & expertise)
