Job Responsibilities
- Developing and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment failures in a timely manner.
- Performing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting technical solutions.
- Managing shift engineers, monitoring their duties, and ensuring task completion.
- Preparing energy consumption reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Handling tenant-related bills such as electricity, CAM charges, and water bills.
- Coordinating with the Facility Manager for seamless operation.
- Managing AMC schedules and ensuring adherence.
- Maintaining documentation, records, and repair logs.
- Coordinating with government departments for approvals and compliance.
- Managing spare parts inventory and ensuring timely availability.
- Keeping maintenance activities within budgetary limits.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC systems, Electrical Engineering, and Shift Management.
- Strong knowledge of schematics and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
- Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and manage budgets.
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills.
