Job Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed electrical engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Designing MCC (Motor Control Centers), SLD (Single Line Diagrams) for lighting systems, and feeder/accessory lists.
- Creating cable schedules, conduit schedules, and BOM (Bill of Materials) for cable trays.
- Collaborating with project teams to prepare precise and error-free design documents.
- Applying knowledge of instrumentation systems and the ability to read P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams).
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Coordinating with senior engineers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver projects within timelines.
- Maintaining proper documentation and technical reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible. Retired engineers with relevant expertise may also apply (for full-time/part-time roles).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for electrical design work is a must.
- Additional Advantage:
- Experience in instrumentation.
- Capability to read P&ID drawings.
- Work Location: Strand Road, Kolkata (on-site job only).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Electrical drawings & layouts).
- Knowledge of MCC, SLD, cable, and conduit schedules.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
- Ability to prepare detailed BOM for electrical components.
- Basic understanding of instrumentation & industrial systems.
- Time management & organizational skills.
Salary
- Minimum Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Maximum Salary: ₹45,000 per month
- Negotiable for candidates with exceptional expertise or retired professionals.
