- Position: International Customer Service Advisor (Mortgage Sales Executive)

- Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (₹2.0 LPA – ₹6.0 LPA)
- Process: Australian Mortgage – International Sales
- Experience: Prior experience in International Sales is mandatory
Job Responsibilities
- Handling international client calls related to the Australian Mortgage process.
- Driving sales by promoting mortgage services and achieving set targets.
- Negotiating with clients and closing sales effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales leads.
- Meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in International Sales is mandatory.
- Prior experience in the Australian Mortgage Process is highly preferred.
- Graduates in any stream can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable with morning shift timing (5:00 AM–2:00 PM).
- Languages: English and Hindi preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Confidence to handle international clients independently.
- Office experience and familiarity with CRM/sales tools (preferred).
Salary
- Minimum Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Maximum Salary: ₹50,000 per month
- Annual Package: ₹2.0 LPA – ₹6.0 LPA (performance-based growth)
