Job Responsibilities
- Handling inbound voice calls from international clients (US healthcare process).
- Assisting customers with their queries in a professional manner.
- Providing accurate information and resolving issues.
- Maintaining proper call records and documentation.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
- Following company policies and compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have excellent English communication skills (oral & written).
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with fluency in English.
- Willingness to work the night shift (US shift).
- Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates will get preference.
- Must be comfortable working from the office in Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata.

Salary
- Basic Salary: ₹14,800 – ₹17,800 per month
- In-hand (with experience): Up to ₹23,000 per month
- Additional Incentives & Allowances:
- Attendance allowance – ₹1,000 per month
- Annual bonus – Up to ₹15,000
