Job Overview
- The Automation Expert (CRM Manager) will be responsible for designing, customizing, and managing CRM automation workflows for global clients. The role requires working extensively with APIs, automation tools, CRM software, and JavaScript-based custom logic to ensure seamless automation and scalable solutions.
- This is a full-time, on-site position in Ballygunge, Kolkata, aligned with the Australian work shift (6:30 am – 3:30 pm IST, Mon–Fri; Sat half-day). Candidates must be passionate about automation, CRM, and problem-solving technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- CRM Customization & Configuration
- Configure and customize CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred).
- Manage pipelines, tagging, segmentation, and workflow sequences.
- Design and manage sales funnels, booking pages, forms, and surveys.
- API Integrations
- Integrate CRM with third-party platforms like Google Sheets, Stripe, Cal.com, etc.
- Use Postman to test, troubleshoot, and document REST API integrations.
- Work with authentication, tokens, and webhooks for seamless automation.
- Automation Workflow Development
- Build workflows using n8n (preferred), Zapier, or Make.
- Develop automated email/SMS campaigns with triggers and conditions.
- Optimize campaigns and ensure proper delivery & tracking.
- Programming & Custom Logic
- Apply JavaScript for advanced CRM customization.
- Work on front-end logic for automation flows.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track campaign performance with dashboards
- Generate reports and suggest improvements.
- Conduct regular testing, maintenance, and refinements.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with international teams and clients.
- Troubleshoot automation breakdowns with a problem-solving mindset.
- Stay updated with modern automation and AI tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates applying must meet the following:
- Education: Graduate in IT/Engineering preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in CRM or automation roles.
- Location: Must be based in Kolkata and willing to work on-site.
- Shift: Comfortable with Australian Shift (6:30 am–3:30 pm IST, Mon–Fri; Sat half-day).
- Additional requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Ability to handle deadlines and multitask efficiently.
- Strong interest in automation, CRM workflows, and API integrations.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Required Skills
- CRM expertise (GoHighLevel preferred).
- Experience with REST APIs, authentication & webhooks.
- Proficiency in Postman for API testing.
- Hands-on with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Knowledge of JavaScript for custom CRM logic.
- Familiarity with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) (bonus).
- Understanding of marketing automation and lead management
- Web development knowledge is an added advantage.
Salary
- Salary range: ₹33,000 – ₹41,000 per month (equivalent to ₹4LPA – ₹5LPA CTC), based on skills and experience.
