Job description
- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
- Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
- Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Identifying customers needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
- Will be part of the editorial team to create, and curate content in terms of maximum reach and response, identifying and replicating content strategies to uplift less effective content.

- Ensure content management and contributions as per the editorial calendar every month.

Required Candidate profile
- Excellent command of the English language and effective communication skills.
- Should have a penchant to know about the technology industry and related topics to write articles and features that explore trending ideas.
- Knowledge of handling a basic Content Management System and workflow to edit/improve language as and when required.
- Understand content interface and give creative inputs for design, work with creative media team to generate interesting in-house infographics, and work closely with a graphics designer to present attention-grabbing content.
- Should take initiatives to update self about the news and changing trends and use these as inputs for developing interesting, reader-friendly content.
- Ability to write both, crisp news pieces and in-depth articles and explore new content formats to engage site visitors.
