Job description
We are looking for motivated individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our Site Reliability Engineering team as an Intern that builds and runs a platform that delivers Vimeo products / services to all of its customers around the world.
- Understanding of Vimeo infrastructure and learning/taking up debug/troubleshoot incidents involving any service.
- Motivated, with exceptional interpersonal skills who can learn a lot while making significant contribution
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Build tools/services that can handle infrastructure at scale with stress on security, telemetry and monitoring.
- Cultivate strong relationships, communication and collaborate with peers and across teams.
Skills And Qualifications:
- BTech/MTech in Computer science or equivalent degree
- Good programming skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Linux distributions.
- Good with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and software design.
