Job description
- Build integrations for our scanning and remediation offerings with new and existing infrastructure providers
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance scanning and remediation profiles created for InSpec
- Build the code auto-generation and test platform that generates compliance scanning and remediation profiles
- Increase the breadth of resource coverage for our InSpec cloud resource packs and improve associated tooling
- Work on issues and drive improvements to our compliance offerings that are critical to the success of Chef’s customers and the broader Chef community
☑ Who you are (Our ideal candidate will have some or all of these qualifications):
- Good to have software development skills, with experience in Ruby, • Other languages such as Ruby , Python, Go, C#, C++ or Java are fine.
- Acquaintance with Linux and Windows operations and networking is a plus
- Exposure to cloud environment, devOps and automation is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science or related discipline.
