Job description
1. FRESH Engineering or Diploma holders , PREFERABLY mechanical or Automobile background 2. OR Candidates 1 -2 YEARS experience in service or training role IN SIMILAR INDUSTRY
Candidates from Sales or marketing background can also apply.

PURPOSE OF JOB
To help increase conversion and sales of COMPANY Contractor Equipment products within, India, (Assigned Region is West India through effective demonstrations of Contractor equipment products, identifying and satisfying customers / users requirements, and effective use the equipment. The DEMO SPECIALIST Contractor Equipment will work closely with the National Paint Accounts and Sales Manager and Local District Manager to maximize revenue of contractor product lines in the assigned region.JOB RESULT AREAS- Effectively Demonstrate / Training of Contractor Equipment to End Users and National Paint Accounts.PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES / DUTIES : Increase Usage of Sprayers / Market penetration / share growth
- Effectively Demonstrate to Contractors ,Paint Channel
- Become an Expert on range of Contractor Equipment.
- Effective Training of Contractors on Applications Skills on Contractor Equipments.
- Assist in Skill development of Painters and National Paint Accounts for service and commissioning of Contractor equipment to Contractors.
- Work closely with National Paint Account and Assist in Tech Days for Contractors in region
- Assist in Level V certifications of Contractors.
- Assist in Basic Service of Sprayers, Identify root cause and follow-up to make certain that customer complaints have been resolved and customer requirements met.
- Effective upward and lateral communication.
- Manage the application of resources effectively.
- Assist in Tech Days with National Paint Accounts
- Assist in Training of National Paint Accounts Demo Specialist , Contractors , Distributors related to National Paint Account .
- Execute product training and service training to NPA
POSITION REQUIREMENTS Essential:
- 1-2 years successful Demonstration / Service Experience.
- Excellent Technical Knowledge and Technical Aptitude of products and Paints.
- Ability to effectively Train end users
- English fluency as well as Local Language.
- Effective oral, written skills.
- Ability to work successfully without close supervision.
- Willingness to travel 60 - 70 % of the time.
