Role : Customer Support Engineer/Technician

Location - Runni Toll Plaza - Near Sitamarhi (Darbhanga - Bihar)
Job Responsibilities would be :
- Toll Management System ( TMS ) monitoring
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems at Toll plaza\Monitoring & Reporting regarding CCH Fastag system
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults in coordination with HO team
- Online Data updation on web portal
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of TMS equipments
- Knowledge of Computer hardware and networking
- Knowledge of Electronics / Electrical.
Education & Skills :
- ITI OR Diploma OR Graduate
- Must have good knowledge about Networking, Computer Hardware and Software
- Good knowledge about electrical or electronics
- Ready to work in shifts (including night shift) - 24*7
- Ready to work for 6 days in a week
