Job description
Service engineers are responsible for the maintenance and correction of products that have been sold. They offer off-site corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions. Service engineers are often the ones who interact with customers to provide information and procedures to address the inquiries, concerns and requests to their products and services.
- Panel Termination. Lighting Module installations and its wiring
- Lighting controls and Home automation related Programming
- Responds to customer complaints
Desired Candidate Profile
- Field Service job, for person preferably with a technical background (ITI /Diploma from govt. or autonomous college preferred)
- Skills and aptitude for computer hardware /networking/programming are an added plus
- ITI/ Diploma in Electrical
- 2 Years of experience and up with hand on experience in setting Electrical DBs
- B.Tech or B.E degree holders dont apply
- Candidate must be able understand and speak moderate English
- As the job will require interacting and installing at high end client homes, offices and hotels.
- Own Vehicle
- Comfortable in travelling PAN India
- Age - 22- 26 years
