With years of experience and expertise of setting manufacturing plants and promoting Vinyl Sulfone at large scale, late Mr. Suryakant Jani established Matangi in Ahmedabad in 1993. Matangi was set-up with a vision to manufacture Vinyl Sulphone (Intermediate).

Under leadership of Mr. Ruchit Jani, visionary promoter, Matangi ventured into manufacturing of Performance Chemicals in 2009 and started serving global clients. Later in 2011, company expanded manufacturing capacity for other Vinyl Sulfone derivatives such as OAVS, PCVS, DMAVS, Bronner’s VS, and Custom Synthesis.

Job Description

Qualification: BSC – Chemistry, MSC – Chemistry or BE Chemical

Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in Sales preferred chemical Industry or product sales

Assist the sales team, in managing meeting / calendars, and the distribution of sales documents.

Prepare, submit, and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients as per guidance of sales head.

Processing & follow ups for pending Sales Orders, Delayed orders, Dispatches and payments on daily basis.

Handling export shipments

Sending export samples, track them till the reach to the clients.

Coordinating with Clients till they receive export shipment.

You must liaison between other departments, transporters and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs in time restraints.

Managing issues with clients and provide customer support.

You must require to manage CRM and manage reports for the department progress.

Prepare Sales CRM / MIS, Client orders / follow-up sheets, Export sample data with Status, Vendor / client data, Export & Import data.

Assist in compilation of Sales data.

Set target for Business development executive and ensure they achieve the same

Create new campaign for product

Develop new market & product lines
