About the Role: Associate Engineer - B2B Delivery Optics & Data
In this role, you will perform various activities in NMS & EMS.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Design & IP Service Provisioning
Data Service Provisioning: CEN & MPLS
Execution of Planned Activity (Circuit Shifting, BW Upgrade, BW Degrade)
Meeting NOC SLA Diagnosing faults & providing guidance to the field team for BERT / other testing
Skills Required:
CCNA Certification
Good technical knowledge and Hands on Experience in CEN & MPLS Networks
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn
Good attitude
Educational Qualifications: B.E - ECE / EEE
Work Experience: 2 - 4 years / Fresher
